Permit to Manufacture Explosives

In order to be eligible to manufacture explosives you shall be required to have a permit. The application for the permit to manufacture explosives shall include but not be limited to the following:-

• Submission drawings, layout together with your application to the Minister of Minerals;
• Introduction letter from the District Safety and Security Committee from the relevant District;
• An inspection report by the Mining Commission prior to and after the completion of the facility;
• Comments from Firearms and Ammunition Control National Committee; and
• Payment of all Fees after final Inspection.
